Everyone has there little wake up gimmicks. Fast forwarded clock to wake up late and rush just to be there on time. Wake up super early and run or eat to get charged. Have the partner wake you up gently. The good old insta wake, your body does it for you. The roommate trauma, which you’ll never ask them to do again. All effective and unique to you.
