I can’t speak for all Philadelphians question.
Comcast, Verizon and other companies use cones real close to their parked trucks in the city and where ever. Ever wonder why?
They uses this technique for a number of reasons.
*One reason is to make peole aware that there is a guy or gal in the area working. (So don’t hit them).
*Another reason is for clean up. The person must circle the vechicle to get the cones. In doing so they will be able to double check any dropped tools, open manholes, tree branches, and other non safe or forgotten items.
*The cones are for everyone’s safety and should be respected. You noticed the cone, then you looked around…it’s pretty effective…and I want you to acknowledge that.
*RESPECT THE CONES BRO
